Meet The Team

Kate Lewis
Our graphic designer, Kate Lewis, is happiest when roaming the countryside or working on Photoshop! She lives with her husband and toddler in Mossdale, New Galloway.
As a teen, Kate spent Galloway’s dark winter evenings teaching herself Adobe Photoshop. Graphic design being a hobby, Kate followed her wilder dreams of film-making to university, specialising in 2D digital animation and graduating with a First Class Honours degree. After working with Arcus Animation Studios and freelancing as a graphic designer, Kate took a full time role at GRS Footwear (distributor of Lunar Shoes, Grisport, Levis, Goodyear footwear and more). Here, Kate brought the company’s full design, web and photography in-house: from creating and maintaining e-commerce websites, to fashion photoshoots, social media, print and packaging designs to massive amounts of product photography- Kate did it all! In her time there the mail order websites grew from 3 orders a weekend to 300 orders a weekend, and Lunar Shoes won Fashion Footwear Brand of the Year for each year she worked there. Kate still freelances for GRS now, after moving back to Galloway to bring up her son in the countryside.

Lottie Reeves
Lottie, our content creator and website developer, is a Big Dreamer who believes in creating the life you dream of. She’s happiest when putting plans into action and is currently renovating a Georgian Manor House with her partner, mum, toddler, baby, and excitable puppy.
Lottie is a primary school teacher, but left the bright lights of London’s classrooms to follow her dream of living overseas, and ended up in rural South Africa managing community development projects. The adventure continued when Lottie and her partner packed their belongings, and two large dogs, into a caravan with no plan other than to see as much of Southern Africa as possible. Lottie taught herself website design to work from the road, and built up her SEO knowledge and digital marketing skills while running Female Travel Bloggers, a community of over 7,000 bloggers. The community quickly turned into a business in which Lottie provided resources, coaching and support for members to grow and monetise their blog.
Returning to the UK, Lottie continued working online while bobbing around England’s waterways on Hamba Kahle, a liveaboard narrowboat she designed.
As a Digital Nomad, Lottie has worked with clients around the world to establish and grow their heart centred business.
When she’s not at her laptop, Lottie can be found setting up a glamping business, writing about motherhood and mental health, as well as running antenatal and postnatal mental wellbeing classes
